Tom began is Real Estate career investing in houses in 1989 quickly learning that many Realtors do not know much about the buildings them selves. That's what prompted Tom to get his license in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Tom quickly developed a following of clients that appreciate a Realtor that knows what he is looking at. Tom can show his clients what may be wrong with a property, the potential cost involved and how to put together a plan to move forward. Tom represents residential as well as commercial clients and will always put his clients interests first.
Tom has degree in Engineering from Widener University, and graduated from Williamson Trade School and has flipped many properties on his own. This kind of technical hands on experience is not common in the Real Estate industry. Tom is a past president of one of the largest Real Estate Clubs in the US and is currently an active board member involved in teaching and promoting the business locally.
